BW型板式給料機(jī) Apron  feeder

BW型鏈板式給料機(jī)（簡(jiǎn)稱板喂機(jī)）是一種散狀物料輸送設(shè)備，把間歇式給料轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檫B續(xù)性給料。本廠在引進(jìn)國(guó)外先進(jìn)技術(shù)上全心開(kāi)發(fā)的BW型板喂機(jī)，具有牽引力大，漏料少、運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，使壽命長(zhǎng)用檢修方便的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

BW type apron feeder  is knd of machinery for continuously transporting bulky material．It is overall developed on the  basis of importing advanced technology from overseas．It has advantages of large  drawing strength，little material leakage，level operation，long service life and conventenance．

本機(jī)采用二點(diǎn)支撐（混合喂料增加中間支點(diǎn)），一端直接置于破碎機(jī)上，工藝布局簡(jiǎn)單，節(jié)約土建費(fèi)用。

尾部裝置采取特殊設(shè)計(jì)，適用于多雨潮濕地區(qū)，不會(huì)因粘濕物料聚積尾部而造成鏈條出現(xiàn)跳齒現(xiàn)象，影響生產(chǎn)。

尾部有枕木吸震，中部有一定數(shù)量特殊吸震拖輥支承，改善大塊物料沖擊兩側(cè)滾輪和槽板的受力條件，提高運(yùn)行部件的壽命。

特別加強(qiáng)處理的頭部罩殼下罩左右是不分開(kāi)的，因而不妨礙起吊破碎機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子體。

牽引鏈和承載鏈分開(kāi)，動(dòng)載荷小，提高壽命。

頭部裝置鏈輪13~15齒，奇偶數(shù)齒分開(kāi)傳動(dòng)，壽命可增加一倍。

頭部裝置鏈輪切割成3瓣齒，不需要拆卸鏈板，即可更換齒輪，易維護(hù)。

本機(jī)寬度參數(shù)參照F.L.SMIDTH（丹麥）和AUMUND（德國(guó)）公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)。

This machine adopt  two-point support (mixed feeding add a fulcrum)one end is put on the crusher  directly,technology arrangement is simpler,saving construction expenditure.

Tail unit adopt  special designing, apply to rainy and humid area, so avoiding chain jumping out  resulting from sticky material accumulating on the tailing to disturb  production.

Having crosstie on  tali to absorb vibration,and some special absorptive absorptive bace-up roller  on the middle,the impacting force to the sides rolling wheel and trough plate  form large lump material are improved greatly to increase service life of  running parts.

The lower housing of  head housing, which is reinforced especially, may be divided into left part and  right part, so, forlifting crusher rotor it has no obstruction.

The traction chain and  the load chain is fixed separately, so,the moving load is small,to prolong  service life.

The head fitted with  sprocket of 13-15tooth, the odd number tooth and the even number tooth is  driven separately, so, its service life may be doubled.

The head fittad with  sprocket with three-split parrs,when replacing the wheel tooth,dismantling  chain plate is ot needed,and maintenance is easier.

Width design parameter  of this machine refers to F .L.SMIDTH(Denmark )  and AUMUND (Germany )  Company standard.
